No Refunds

In case of a cancellation in the order it should be within a maximum of 24 hours from placing the order 

• In case of an Exchange you can contact us via DM to check the availability.
• Exchanges must be within a maximum of five days from receiving your order.
• All exchanges for orders in Cairo are only available through COMA branches ( Park mall and Nasr city).
• Exchanged items should be in perfect condition neither worn nor washed.
• For exchanges outside Cairo you will pay the shipping fees and your order should be in perfect condition as well as in the packaging you received it in.
